What each download entry should include

Hardware buyers expect clear versioning and risk guidance when drivers or BIOS updates are involved.

Driver package

Model, OS, version, release date, file size, checksum, and install notes.

  • Windows 11 Pro.
  • Ubuntu LTS.

BIOS update

Model, version, changelog, prerequisites, update method, rollback note, and warning language.

  • Only publish verified files.

Firmware and utilities

Any accessory, controller, or deployment utility should have a short purpose statement.

  • Avoid dumping unexplained files.
